HEY, I’M CAROLINE

Who are you beyond the stories you’ve been telling yourself? Beyond who culture, society, people in your life tell you you must be? Beyond guilt, shame, fear, trauma, external pressure and restraints?

My method blends my background in somatic intimacy and embodiment coaching through the Somatica® Institute with my training as a yoga instructor (and of course my own life experiences and intuitive gifts). More of my personal favorite ways to connect with my body and spirit/ creative force are dancing, painting, training Muay Thai, floating in the ocean, and more dancing always. I am Bangladeshi-American, a sister, an artist, queer, an Aquarius with a lot of earth placements, a sometimes shy ENFP, an infinitely expansive soul having a delicious human experience, and literally just a girl :* Okay back to the reason you’re here…

This is what you can expect to learn working with me:

1. How to FEEL emotions in your body while staying grounded and present

2. Practical skills to build emotional intimacy in all kinds of relationships

3. How to practice mindfulness as I guide you back to Self, as you become aware of and build relationships with the emotions and parts within you that have been running on autopilot

I lead with vulnerability, authenticity, and embodied presence… the qualities and skills my clients will begin to develop within themselves and in their relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, nonjudgemental, and compassionate. I help contextualize feelings and experiences without diagnosing or pathologizing. I guide my clients as they build an inner compass of safety and discernment so they can ultimately liberate themselves from internal blocks that inhibit their joy and pleasure.

I’ve helped people around the world build confidence and self-trust, stand steady in their boundaries, repair conflicts, let go of shame, explore their desires, navigate non-nontraditional relationship structures, expand their pleasure, hear their intuition, and know themselves deeply. After all I’m not here to tell you who you are, I’m here to give you the tools so you can find out for yourself.
